Police have charged a man following a glassing in Manly early this morning.
About 12.30am (Saturday 21 March 2015), two men, aged 25, were at a table in a hotel on the Manly Corso,
Another man, aged 24, was at standing the end of the same table smoking.
An argument allegedly ensued between the three about the cigarette smoke.
One of the older men allegedly threw a glass at the younger man hitting him in the face.
Police were contacted and Northern Beaches Local Area Command attended commencing an investigation.
The younger man sustained two lacerations to his face and was taken to Royal North Shore for treatment.
The 25-year-old man was arrested and taken to Dee Why Police Station.
He was charged with reckless wounding and possessing a prohibited drug. The 25-year-old was given conditional bail to appear at Manly Local Court on 15 April 2015.
