A police officer has been issued with a court attendance notice following an alleged incident at a licensed premises in Goulburn last month.

About 8.45pm (Thursday 25 June 2015), the 26-year-old off-duty officer, attached to Monaro Local Area Command, was allegedly asked to leave the club in Auburn Street, due to his level of intoxication.

The man failed to leave and police attended.

A future court attendance notice was issued yesterday (Thursday 23 July 2015); for excluded person remain in the vicinity of licensed premises and excluded persons re-enter licensed premises.

The man is expected to appear in Goulburn Local Court on 9 September 2015.
